Hello! My predominant rhetorical stance is mainly for personal enjoyment and pleasure, and on occasion: to learn something new and grow as an individual. My inventory ranges from cute stories about love and bunny rabbits to malicious stories of murder. It gets pretty bizarre.
I enjoy almost any book you place in front of me, but most of all I enjoy reading books that I can relate with. Most of the books I have read this past summer are a big part of my life and are written by a woman named Gene Stratton Porter. She was a naturalist who lived in the early 1900's and wrote many works of fiction pertaining to her work in the forest. A few books of her's that I have read are called Laddie, The Harvester, and Freckles. |
In no specific order, here is my proposal of the works I am to read this semester. Ones with a * are texts that I have just finished reading.
Don't have a cow. I really have not read The Lord of the Rings. |
